In the part of the country, we have easy access to some exceptionally high quality sources of food like the local Welsh Lamb, Beef and Venison as well as vegetables from the Gower, local cheeses and fish and shellfish from our Gower Peninsular.

Our passion is cooking and all our recipes are created in our exceptionally well appointed kitchen.
